Pricing: The Aelfric Hall
Saturdays £2500* (inc VAT)
All other days £1500 (inc VAT)
*10% discount off listed price for all
bookings for 2008!

This includes the hire of the Aelfric Hall and the
hard-surfaced terrace alongside the Hall. A marquee can be added
onto the building if required. This includes the hire of 10 5’ round
tables, a top table and 100 chairs.

The “period of hire” extends from 9am on the day
of the function until 9am the following morning. Any marquee should
be erected the day prior to hire and removed the day following hire.

There is no charge for corkage. Guests are free to
provide their own pre-dinner and dinner drinks – wine, champagne,
Pimms and water. Please discuss any requirement for glasses and
waitresses with your caterers.

Hooke Court will operate a cash bar at appropriate
times throughout the period of hire.

External Lighting*

*External lighting includes
lighting up several trees within the grounds, the Court and flares
along the moat and lake (weather permitting).
Pricing: The Manor House
Saturdays £700 (inc VAT)
All other days £440 (inc VAT)

This includes hire of the ground floor of the
manor house only, including use of the kitchen.

The use of crockery, cutlery and glassware within
the manor house is included in the hire cost. Additional crockery
etc will be charged separately. All items used are to be returned
clean.

The “period of hire” extends from 4pm on the day
of arrival until 9am the following morning.

Event Organiser
We are able to offer an event organising service. Please enquire for
further details.
Caterers & Other Suppliers
Guests can choose to use their own suppliers and caterers although
we do have a list of recommended local suppliers with whom we have
an excellent working relationship. Other suppliers are permitted to
operate at Hooke Court, by agreement only. Please
